For a low additional monthly fee you can subscribe to our DISH Home Protection Plan to have access to priority technical support 24/7. If the problem cannot be fixed remotely then a replacement receiver will be sent to you immediately with no costs incurred. If a power surge damages or destroys any of your equipment, we will replace it at no charge. If our tech support staff can’t resolve your issue we’ll send a technician to you no matter where you live at a conveniently reduced cost. If you move, just take your receivers with you and we’ll get you set up in your new location.
If you live or do business from a rental location, we’ll supply you with a letter of permission for property modification for your landlord to sign. For your information, in 1996 the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) ruled that a resident has the right to have a satellite dish that is less than 39.37 inches in diameter. It may be installed on a rental property, such as inside a balcony, yard or patio.
